sage software online

You have probably heard of SAP software. It’s a software system deployed by a major percentage of medium sized and very large corporations all over the world. The prime use of the package is to join the entire organisation together and allow hundreds and often thousands of staff members to record, share and view knowledge concerning the physical and financial activities of the organisation. Large enterprises are managed by smart individuals who appreciate the strategic value of this type of software, such as how it can give them an understanding of why problems are occurring inside their firm or where there might be opportunity for improvements.

This category of system is often known as ERP. It is very complicated, very expensive and can take along time to implement. An implementation of ERP software is a major capital expenditure but this doesn’t deter substantial enterprises purchasing these packages.

Until this year software similar to this was not available or financially viable for tiny enterprises. As a result tiny enterprises have not been aware of the significant benefits that ERP systems can offer. Tiny businesses have been wrongly convinced by aggressive vendors such as Sage Software and Intuit that small business accounting software is the answer. These systems most often have no features to allow their owners to join together the entire company or do basic tasks such as customer relationship management.

The rise of Web based CRM software from businesses like Salesforce.com is a damning testimony of the small business accounting software companies misleading or misunderstanding the small business community.

It is for this reason that small business ERP enterprises like Salesorder.com have begun to make great progress in the market. They deliver saas containing all of the major features a small firm requires at an affordable price. What is even more compelling is these packages are a cinch to operate and can be delpoyed quickly.

Now ERP systems are no longer the privilege of big firms.

Cutting your computing costs

I want to help you save Cash and I am not going to ask you for a dime in return.

Every year I save hundreds of euros by not spending any money on software. I needed a better deal and systems for my business, I was evaluating Sage Software which left me cold and inspired me to write this article. Amazing – I am easily doing most of my work using software tools that cost nothing. Only the Lord knows why this stuff isn’t evryday knowledge for most business folks. I am constantly suprised by the people I talk to who work in small businesses and dont know about what I am imparting here.

Follow this approach to copy me and start saving money.

* Ten minutes every day searching for a specific type of tool.
* Go get yourself a free copy of Evernote (it’s free, just serach Google).
* Put aside roughly ten minutes each day to give what you find a test drive.

In one month from now you should have found a really good list of free tools to help you cut costs and run your business. To get you off to the right start, here is a selection of the software I use everyday.

To help you start saving money immediately my list is divided into two columns, on the right I have listed the software programs you may have purchased or are already using and on the left I have listed the free software.
