Cleaning windows is one of the best things you can do to your homes. But unfortunately cleaning them isn’t enough.  Usually windows that have been cleaned before with harsh chemicals have a residue. And these residues won’t wear off that easily. That would result to a window with a lot of streaks despite all your hardwork. So here are some tips in cleaning your windows without leaving some streaks on them afterwards.

If you are planning on cleaning them by yourselves then you need something that would remove those residues.  Obviously as a window cleaning San Diego company my advice would be to get a good window cleaning company. But if you decide on cleaning it yourself you can still get rid of those streaks. But first you need to get your hands on a very good cleaner that can remove those streaks.

So here’s a good cleaner that you can prepare by yourself. And it is also inexpensive to prepare.  Plus since it is a natural cleaner it is good for the environment. In my window washing San Diego service I use something similar.  You would take a quarter cup of vinegar. Then mix it with a half teaspoon of liquid soap.  This combination will be perfect to clean off that old residue.

But the problem is it will not be effective on very dirty windows already. You are going to have to use a window cleaning trick.  Of course I have to use it sometimes in my Encinitas window cleaning service and it works like a charm. The trick is to warm up the vinegar. This would enable it to clean those very dirty windows.

So use this combination to make a cleaner that will give you streak free windows. It is a time proven combination of a very good and effective cleaner of windows.

A part of the house that gets dirty that you can’t hide are your windows.Everyone from your neighbors to the people inside your own house will notice it once the windows gets dirty.  But that isn’t the worse part. The worse part is that you won’t be able to see outside your windows when it is very dirty already.  So here are some window cleaning tips for clearer windows.

Here is a big secret for you wanting to clean your own windows.  If possible use de-ionized water. It is a form of water that is very clean without the minerals and other residues. Why is that important?Because de-ionized water will not leave any residue in your windows after it dries. Residue is the worst because the moment it rains all the dirt will run off onto your clean windows.  This is a trick I use all the time in my window cleaning San Diego business. You can easily do this because getting some de-ionized water is not a hard job.

The next tip you want to make sure to do is not to use harsh materials or chemicals.  A lot of times when people clean windows that is the first thing they go for.But to achieve the right way of cleaning windows must not involve the use of alcohol, vinegar, or ammonia. Definitely don’t use any cleaners that use that.  This only burns the window and can leave permanent marks that will always make the window look dirty. You will never find a company like my window washing San Diego service which never use harsh chemicals.

Last tip is to use a vacuum cleaner. This last tip is not often followed.  But in my Rancho Santa Fe window cleaning service it does a great job.  And the job it does is clean the dirt and cobwebs that accumulate on the windows. Most of the time, these cobwebs and dirt gather on the corners of the windows which are very hard to clean.  The vacuum does the job right.

So there are some quick cleaning tips you can use on your windows. You will be pleased with what you have done after cleaning all of your windows especially since it is not an easy job to do.
